摘要:
当前我国正处于社会发展的转型期,对创新人才求之若渴。然而,我们大学培养出的毕业生却难以符合时代发展所需创新人才的要求,大学教育亟需变革,尤其是如何把培养本科生创新能力,并作为其大学转型的战略发展高度和重要策略。同时,课堂教学模式已经成为近年来教育界关注的热点,各类有关课堂创新的文献层出不穷。随着互联网数字化时代来临和教学创新兴起,教育和课堂教学亟需重新定义。为此,提出教学与科研结合的融合型教学创新模式,通过教学和科研的融合型教学进入课堂,推进师生交流和互动的深入,并进一步全方位育人,从根本上推进教学改革。同时,基于动态博弈视角对大学课堂融合型教学模式和创新进行了博弈分析,为后续教学与科研结合的融合型教学和深入推进本科生创新能力培养提供很好的理论价值。
Abstract:
At present,China is in the transition period of social development,and thirsty for innovative talents.However,the graduates from our universities are difficult to meet the requirements of the creative talents needed for the development of the times.It is urgent to change the university education,especially how to cultivate the creative ability of the undergraduates,and as a strategic development and strategy of the transformation of the University.At the same time,the classroom teaching mode has become a hot topic of education in recent years,and various kinds of literature about classroom innovation emerge in endlessly.With the advent of the Internet digital age and the emergence of “double creation”,both education and classroom teaching have been redefined.Therefore,this paper puts forward a “double creative” teaching innovation model combining teaching and scientific research.It integrates teaching and scientific research into the classroom to promote the exchange and interaction between teachers and students,and further educating people in a comprehensive way,and fundamentally promoting the reform of teaching.At the same time,based on the dynamic game theory,this paper makes a game analysis on the model and innovation of the “double wound” teaching mode in the university class,and provides a good theoretical value for the “double creation” teaching of the combination of the follow-up teaching and scientific research and the further promotion of the cultivation of the creative ability of the undergraduates.
