摘要:
经济转型绿色发展的深层次变革,已是中国经济新常态的大势所趋。现有工业园区研究还局限在生态工业园区和低碳化建设方面,缺少对园区绿色化发展的研究。南昌国家高新技术产业开发区作为江西省第一个千亿园区,发展态势迅速,不过在其发展过程中存在不少问题,需要通过绿色化改造来保证园区的可持续发展。从改进循环经济模式、建立环境保护激励机制、绿色招商、低碳化建设、绿色管理五个方面进行绿色化改造,对南昌高新区的绿色化发展有着启发和指导意义。
Abstract:
The deep reform of the economic transformation’s green development is the general trend of China’s economic new normal.The existing studies of industrial parks are limited in the eco industrial park and low carbon construction,lacking of the study about the green development of the park.As the first zone which total revenue reached one hundred billion Yuan in Jiangxi Province,Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone has developed rapidly,but there are many problems in its development process,we need to ensure the sustainable development of the zone through the green transformation.Green transformation from the five aspects:the improvement of circular economy mode,the establishment of environmental protection incentive mechanism,green investment,low carbon construction,and green management.These have enlightening and guiding significance for the green development of Nanchang High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
