摘要:
福建省工业园区经过20多年的发展,取得了显著的成就,对福建省的经济增长起到了明显的促进作用。文章分析了福建省工业园区建设的现状以及存在的问题,比如土地资源利用水平不平衡、园区内企业间配套带动作用不足、缺乏庞大的学研支援团体、管理机构和工业服务中心尚需进一步完善。提出促进工业园区“绿色”转型升级; 打造福建工业园区发展PPP模式; 统筹集约使用园区土地资源; 构建更完整的产业支持体系; 建立人才优惠政策体系,吸引学研团体; 进一步完善管理机构; 进一步改善各工业园区综合生活服务系统; 注重国际行销等对策建议
Abstract:
After more than 20 years of development,the industrial park in Fujian province has made remarkable achievements.This paper analyzes the current situation and the problems of the industrial park in Fujian province,such as the unbalanced utilization level of land resources,insufficient leading role among relevant enterprises in the industrial park,the lack of large research support groups,imperfect management institutions and industrial service centers.This paper also presents some suggestions to solve the above problems,such as promoting the green transformation and upgrading of the industrial park,building the PPP mode,using the land resources intensively,building a more complete industrial support system,establishing a preferential policies system for talent to attract research groups,improving the management institutions and the comprehensive life service system in the industrial park,paying more attention on international marketing.
