摘要:
案例教学是新经济时代的一种教学趋势,文章通过对案例教学模式的理论依据、本质特性以及其运用价值的阐述,全面论证了《财务管理》实施案例教学的可行性,并提出丰富完善案例库是案例教学法的基础和前提; 培育师资队伍是案例教学的关键环节; 加强硬件建设是案例教学的物质基础; 规范教学流程是案例教学的重要部分; 优化考核机制是案例教学的制度保障等举措。
Abstract:
Case teaching is a teaching trend of new economy era.Based on the theory of case teaching mode,essential features and its practical value,this paper expounds overall the feasibility of the “financial management” case teaching.It also proposes many measures such as enriching and perfecting case database is the basis and premise; cultivating teaching staff is the key link; strengthening hardware construction is the material basis; establishing standard of teaching procedures is the important part; optimizing the mechanism of assessment is the institutional guarantee and so on.
