摘要:
人力资本投资对促进区域经济增长具有重要意义。文章以陕西省为例,选择教育经费作为人力资本投资的衡量指标,以柯布—道格拉斯函数为基础构建生产函数模型,对1995—2009年的数据进行回归分析,并计算教育人力资本投资对陕西省经济增长的贡献,研究表明:陕西省教育投入对GDP的影响明显弱于物质资本,应不断提高教育投入,加大人力资本投资力度,提高人力投资对经济增长贡献率。
Abstract:
Human capital investment is very important to promote regional innovation and economic growth.Using Shanxi province's data from 1995 to 2009,the paper estimates the contribution rate of human capital investment to economic growth based on Cobb-Douglas production function.Result shows that the contribution rate of human capital investment to economic growth is lower than physical capital.The department of Shanxi province should increase human capital investment to promote it's economic growth.
