摘要:
社会上一种流行的观点认为,国有企业工资高于社会平均水平,是社会工资不平等的重要原因。这种观点值得探讨。通过理论推导、数值模拟和经验研究等方式,分析国有企业工资水平、组内不平等程度和劳动份额变化对工资不平等的影响。发现在理论层面,在国有企业工资高于社会平均水平、变异系数低于社会平均水平的情况下,增加国有企业的雇佣劳动份额,可以降低社会的工资不平等程度; 另外,在经验层面,国有企业工资水平确实高于社会平均水平,工资变异程度低于平均水平; 提高国有企业的雇佣劳动份额,确实会减少工资的整体不平等程度。
Abstract:
A popular view in society is that the wage level of state-owned enterprises which is higher than the social average is an important reason for the inequality of social wages.This view is worth examined.This paper analyzes the influence of state-owned enterprises' wage level,intra-group inequality and labor share change on wage inequality through theoretical derivation,numerical simulation and empirical research.It is found that,on the theoretical level,when the wages of state-owned enterprises are higher than the average level of society and the coefficient of variation is lower than the average level of society,increasing the wage share of state-owned enterprises can reduce the level of wage inequality.In addition,in terms of experience,the wage level of state-owned enterprises is indeed higher than the average social level,and the variation degree of wage is lower than the average level.Raising the share of employed labor in state-owned enterprises would indeed reduce overall wage inequality.
