摘要:
通过对“花旗杯”历届获奖结果进行分析,结合不同学校在金融信息化人才培养模式上的探索,从培养模式分类、人才培养目标、核心能力确定、师资队伍建设和交叉融合机制等方面进行分析,提出了通过问题引领,重视高水平学科竞赛,实现交叉学科创新人才培养的观点
Abstract:
By analyzing the previous winners of the “Citi Cup” award,combining the exploration of financial information cultivating mode in different universities,analyzing from cultivating mode classification、talents training objective、the determination of core competence、the construction of teachers and interdisciplinary integration mechanism,etc,this paper made a point of question-leading,paying attention to high level of subject competition,and achieving to cultivate interdisciplinary innovative talents.
