摘要:
《商业银行经营管理学》是一门集商业银行经营模式、管理理论与运营机制为一体的应用型金融学专业课程。在全面、深入分析《商业银行经营管理学》教学过程存在问题的基础上,文章提出了理论教学环节采用现代教学手段、运用交往式教学方式和案例教学方法,同时,实践教学环节通过实验教学、理论与热点问题分析结合,不定期聘请专业人才进行联合授课、建设校外商业银行实习基地等途径,实现该课程理论教学环节和实践教学环节相辅相成的教学改革目标。
Abstract:
The Commercial Bank Operation and Management is a integrated and applied finance professional course with a cmbination.of commercial bank management mode,management theory and operation mechanism.In a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of its teaching process on the basis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward that theory teaching should adopt the modern teaching means,use communication type teaching method and case teaching method.At the same time,during practice teaching period,the experiment teaching,theory and hot issue analysis should be combined with,and irregularly professional teaching experts also should be invited,along with construction joint off-campus practice bases of commercial Banks,and to realize the way,such as the curriculum theory teaching and practice teaching link with complementary teaching reform goals.
