摘要:
基于金融要素配置基本原理,梳理黄冈市金融要素市场化配置的基本框架和主要特点,研判经济欠发达地区金融要素市场化配置问题和阻碍,提出加强金融要素市场化配置体制机制建设的对策建议。
Abstract:
Based on the basic principle of financial factor allocation,this paper summarizes the basic framework and main characteristics of the market-oriented allocation of financial elements in Huanggang City; analyzes and judges the problems and obstacles in the market-based allocation of financial factors in economically underdeveloped areas; and puts forward some policy suggestions on strengthening the construction of market-oriented allocation system and mechanism of financial elements.
