摘要:
长期以来,金砖国家在可持续发展领域有着强烈的顶层合作意愿,各成员国可持续金融政策框架自本世纪以来逐步建立。其中,证券和银行部门的可持续金融多边合作成果最为丰硕,在实现可持续发展目标途中拓宽全球金融治理新疆域。然而,金砖国家可持续金融市场发育程度并不均衡,碳定价等范畴可持续金融合作内容略显单一; 平台缺乏协同机构支援影响其自身可持续性,各成员国面临内外竞合给协作开展带来挑战。继续深入推动金砖国家可持续金融合作,应培育高度认同可持续发展理念的市场主体,创新及扩充各成员国可持续金融产品及服务; 加快秉持ESG责任投资理念金融基础设施建设,对可持续金融合作的重点关注界限做出筛选。
Abstract:
For a long time,BRICS has strong top-level cooperation willingness in the field of sustainable development.Each member country's sustainable financial policy framework has been gradually established since beginning of this century.Among them,achievements of BRICS sustainable financial cooperation are most fruitful in securities and banking sectors.BRICS also broaden a new territory of global financial governance on the way to achieve sustainable development goals.However,degree of BRICS sustainable financial markets development is uneven.Sustainable financial cooperation content in areas such as carbon pricing is slightly single.Sustainability of existing cooperation platforms may be influenced for lacking collaborative supports; Competition and collaboration inside and outside member countries also bring challenges to BRICS sustainable financial cooperation.In order to further promote BRICS sustainable financial cooperation,market players with strong recognition of sustainable development should be fostered.Sustainable financial products and services in member countries should be innovated and expanded.Construction of financial infrastructures that adheres to ESG investment philosophy should be accelerated.Key areas of concern for sustainable financial cooperation should be screened.
