摘要:
以温州乐清市农户的经济特点为影响因素变量,对乐清农户宅基地使用权抵押贷款使用情况和农户自身多种特点进行logistics回归分析,通过SPSS软件对两者作相关性分析,研究宅基地使用权抵押贷款的影响因素及推进政策。研究结果表明,农户户主年龄、文化程度、对宅基地政策理解程度等因素对宅基地使用权抵押贷款有影响。建议加强政策的宣传,提高农户对贷款风险的认识; 拓宽引导资金使用方向,优化农业保险机制; 合理制定贷款补贴水平,提高农民使用贷款的积极性。
Abstract:
Taking the economic characteristics of farmers in Yueqing City of Wenzhou as the influencing factor variable,logistic regression analysis was carried out on the use of Mortgage farmers' homestead mortgages and various characteristics of farmers; and analyzing the correlation between the two by using the SPSS software; this paper studies the influencing factors of the mortgage of homestead use right and promote the policy.The research results show that the factors such as the age of the household head,the degree of education,and the understanding of the homestead policy have an impact on the mortgage of the homestead.It is recommended to strengthen policy propaganda,promote farmers' correct understanding of loan risks,broaden the direction of guiding funds,optimize agricultural insurance mechanisms,rationally formulate loan subsidy levels,and increase farmers' enthusiasm for using loans.
