摘要:
培养创新型金融人才是我国争取更多国际金融资源、提高国际金融话语权的重要保证。针对《国际金融》课程的特点,结合创新型金融人才的需求探讨教学改革。在教学方法改革方面,可采取“五为一体”教学法、案例教学法、小组讨论式等教学方法加强师生互动,通过模拟教学法、情景教学法、实践教学法、科研教学等方法培养学生的实践能力; 在教学手段改革方面,可注重多媒体、视频、图片与思维导图相结合以提高教学效果,积极发挥网络平台优势作用以培养符合互联网金融时代要求的人才,循序渐进推进双语教学模式以加强学生中西方金融理念的融合。在课程考核方法改革方面,可增加对学生课堂参与度的考核力度和比例,将学生的模拟交易、情景教学以及金融机构实习等活动的表现量化为期末成绩,鼓励并指导学生发掘自身的科研创新能力。改善教学效果,不断提升学生的金融创新能力,为未来激烈的国际金融领域竞争储备更雄厚的人力资源。
Abstract:
Cultivating innovative financial talents is an important guarantee for our country to win more international financial resources and improve the discourse power of international finance.In view of the characteristics of International Finance course and combine the demand of innovative financial talents,a series of teaching reforms can be carried out.In the aspect of teaching method reform,five teaching methods such as teaching method,case teaching method and group discussion can be adopted to enhance the interaction between teachers and students.In the aspect of teaching method reform,students' practical ability can be cultivated through simulation teaching method,situational teaching method,practice teaching method and scientific research teaching.In terms of teaching means reform,can pay attention to multimedia,video,images and mind mapping to improve the teaching effect,the combination of positive play a role of network platform advantages to meet the requirements of the era of the internet financial talents,step by step to promote bilingual teaching mode in order to strengthen the fusion of Chinese and western financial concept.Reform in course examination method,can increase the strength of the appraisal of students' classroom participation and proportion,the students of simulated trading,situational teaching,as well as financial institutions practice activities for the performance evaluation of the final grade,encourage and guide students to explore their own scientific research and innovation ability.In this way,the teaching effect can be improved so that students can continuously improve their financial innovation ability and reserve more abundant human resources for the fierce competition in the international financial field in the future.
