摘要:
苏南地区具备现代化示范区建设的金融基础,但存在金融辐射能力弱,金融资源争夺激烈,金融风险积聚等现实问题。同时,实体经济和民生发展构成苏南金融发展的新挑战,推进苏南现代化示范区建设,需要强化金融服务。因此,加快苏南地区的金融集聚,完善苏南金融生态,促进苏南五市金融发展的协同,形成苏南金融自身发展的示范,打牢金融服务的基础; 明确金融服务的主要方向,苏南的特色产业集聚、自主创新和进一步开放,形成苏南服务实体经济的示范; 金融服务苏南小微企业发展、新型城镇化发展,推进苏南金融机构多样化发展,形成金融服务苏南民生的示范,落实金融服务的社会责任。
Abstract:
The construction of modernization demonstration zone in southern part in Jiangsu province has its financial foundation,but there exist some realistic problems,such as low ability in financial radiation,the fierce financial resource contention,the financial risk accumulation and so on.Meanwhile,the real economy and people's livelihood development of financial development became a new challenge in southern part in Jiangsu Province; it is necessary to strengthen the financial service to promote the construction of southern jiangsu modernization demonstration zone.Therefore,we should speed up the financial agglomeration in the areas of southern jiangsu,improve the financial ecology to promote the development of financial synergy of five cities in the south of jiangsu,form the demonstration of financial development itself in the south of jiangsu,strengthen the basis of financial services.Clear the main direction of financial services,characteristic industrial agglomeration,independent innovation and further opening; form the service demonstration of the real economy.Then,the financial service for the small micro enterprise development and urbanization in Jiangsu province,promote the diversity development of financial institutions in the southern part of Jiangsu,form the demonstration of financial services people's livelihood,and implement the social responsibility of financial services.
