摘要:
在前人研究的基础上,从分析保险职业经理人的现状入手,通过关键词频法筛选出保险职业经理人特征要素,初步建立了一个由33项要素组成的保险职业经理人胜任力模型,将得出的胜任力要素编制问卷并用因子分析法进行了初步验证,最终构建了包含30项要素的保险职业经理人胜任力的五大因素模型,即业务技能、专业知识、个人特质、领导特质和职业素养。
Abstract:
On the basis of previous studies,from the analysis of the status quo of insurance professional managers,through the key word method selected insurance professional managers characteristic elements,this paper initially establishes the competency model of insurance professional managers consisting of 33 elements.It concludes competency elements to compile the questionnaire by factor analysis method on the preliminary validation,finally builds the 30-element-insurance-professional-manager-competency model which includes five factors,namely,business skills,professional knowledge,personal traits,leadership qualities and professional quality.
