摘要:
通过对2012年全国旅行社责任保险统保示范项目的风险数据统计分析、近三年数据比较及部分典型案例,进一步解释旅行社所面临的风险。依据旅行社责任保险统保示范项目旅游风险事件的特点,重点就交通事故、疾病与猝死以及食物中毒类案件进行分析提示,以推进旅游行业风险的整体特点总结,提出了强化旅游行业风险管控的建议,为有效推进旅游安全服务。
Abstract:
Statistics on the 2012 liability insurance system's demonstration project risk analysis of national travel agency's data comparison in the last three years and part of typical cases,further explain the risks faced by the travel agency.Based on the its characteristics,focusing on traffic accidents,the analysis suggests that the disease and sudden death,as well as food poisoning cases,in order to promote the overall characteristics of the tourism industry risk summarize,strengthen the industry risk management and control recommendations to effectively promote tourism security services.
