长三角一体化既是区域发展的机遇,也是打造高质量发展样板区的责任担当,数字经济新优势正成为长三角产业变革的关键动力。以江浙沪皖41个城市作为空间节点和研究对象,紧扣“高质量”与“一体化”两个关键词,从“辐射效应”“外向关联度”与“辐照网络”三个维度构建评价核算框架,归纳演绎了数字经济的城市作用关系与空间特征。研究结果表明长三角地区数字经济“高质量一体化”尚处于初级阶段,辐射效应、外向关联度和度中心性的分化,数字经济辐照网络的“钻石型”嵌套网络结构,体现了核心城市对周边地区的单向赋能与双向耦合,长三角地区已经具备了产业协作与资源协同的雏形。但数字经济外向关联度中三、四、五级城市数值趋向于零,能够发挥前三级辐射效应的城市数量不足20%,反映出产业同质化、信息技术薄弱和空间断点等问题使得部分城市仍游离于数字经济辐照网络之外。
Abstract:
The integration of the Yangtze River Delta is not only an opportunity for regional development,but also a responsibility to create a model for high-quality development.The digital economy advantage of the Yangtze River Delta is becoming a key driving force for industrial transformation.This paper takes 41 cities in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui provinces as spatial nodes and research objects,based on the two keywords of “high quality” and “integration”,which constructs an evaluation framework from three dimensions of “radiation effect”,“outward connection” and “radiation network” to analyze the urban relationship and spatial characteristics of digital economy.The research results show that the “high-quality integration” of the digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta is still in its infancy,the divergence of radiation effects,outward correlation and degree centrality,“Diamond-shaped” nested network structure of digital economy irradiation network,itreflects that the unidirectional empowerment and bidirectional coupling of the core city to the surrounding area,the Yangtze River Delta region has already had the embryonic form of industrial cooperation and resource cooperation.However,in the outward correlation degree of digital economy,the value of the third,fourth and fifth cities tends to zero; less than 20 percent of cities have the top three effects,it reflects that some cities are still outside the digital economy irradiation network due to the problems of industry homogeneity,weak information technology and spatial breakpoint.
