摘要:
村镇银行作为新型农村金融机构之一,对解决农村地区金融机构覆盖率低、金融供给不足、竞争不充分、扩大正规机构信贷市场占有率都有重要的意义。文章基于江西省村镇银行的发展情况,提出村镇银行的发展策略:打造优良发展环境;加大政策扶持力度;完善法人治理结构;提高社会公众认知度;督促引导稳健发展;建设高效人才队伍。
Abstract:
The rural bank as one of a new-type rural financial institutions,has important significance to solve the low coverage of financial institutions in rural areas,lackage of financial supply,insufficient competition,and the market share expansion of formal institutions credit.Based on the development of rural banks in Jiangxi province,the article puts forward the strategy of the development of rural bank.It is to build a good development environment; strengthen policy support strength; improve corporate governance structure; raise social public awareness; supervise and guide the steady development,and to construct efficient talent team.
