摘要:
文化产业投融资机制的创新设计要把握好四个关系:文化产业特征与资金有效供给;文化企业融资模式与金融改革取向;文化控制力与融资方式选择;文化体制改革与资本实现形式。现代金融要素的渗透,可以进一步激活文化活力,实现和放大金融的"融制、融资、融智"三种功能。多层次激活文化发展活力,加快形成新的文化发展格局的金融支持基本路径和手段有:以文化资源为基础,以文化创意产品和服务的版权为价值载体的创新型文化金融产品开发;文化金融产品公开流转市场建设;适合文化创意轻资产特点的信贷产品、新型险种、证券、综合金融服务设计。
Abstract:
To grasp the four relationships for the innovative design of the cultural industry＇s financing mechanism is needed. Penetration of modem financial factors, can further activate the cultural vitality to achieve and am plify the three functions of "financing system, financing, financing intelligence". Based on cultural resources, with the copyright as a carrier of the cultural value, creative financial products and services can be developed, construction of open market for transferring financial products of cultural industries, designing credit products, new types of insurance, securities, financial services according to asset - light characteristics of cultural and creative industries are also needed.
