摘要:
日本的取引所在1896年后开始了国际化发展的进程,而在中国东北地区设立取引所则是日本取引所海外扩张的重头戏。日本取引所在中国东北地区经营36年,一方面有助于日商控制东北的市场、资源与经济,另一方面却严重戕害中国的主权与商权,因此招致中国商民的强烈抵制。二战结束前日本取引所在中国东北地区的兴衰及其国际化经营的经验与教训,可为发展中的中国交易所学习和借鉴。
Abstract:
Japan's exchanges began the process of internationalizing development after 1896 years,and it played an important role in the overseas expansion of the early Japan's exchanges to establish Japan's exchanges in the northeast region of China.Japan's exchanges operated in the northeast region of China for 36 years,on the one hand,it helped Japanese businessmen control the market,resources and economy in the northeast region of China; on the other hand,it seriously harmed China's sovereignty and commercial rights,therefore Japan's exchanges were strongly resisted by China's merchant.The rise and fall of Japan's exchanges and the experience and lessons of internationalizing operation of Japan's Exchanges in the northeast region of China before the end of the Second World War,can be learned and used for reference by the developing China's exchanges.
