摘要:
日本建设离岸金融市场的时间比中国大约早20年左右,中日两国在经济结构、贸易结构、金融结构上存在相似之处。深入研究日元离岸金融市场的发展过程,对于推动人民币离岸金融市场的建设具有重要的借鉴和参考价值。通过梳理日元离岸金融市场设立的宏观背景和制度设计,对日元离岸金融市场在发展过程中存在的主要问题进行分析,提出了我国深化人民币离岸金融市场建设的政策启示。
Abstract:
Japan's construction of offshore financial market is ahead of China by about 20 years,and there are similarities between China and Japan in terms of economic structure,trade structure and financial structure.Therefore,in-depth study of the development process of the yen offshore financial market has important reference value for promoting the construction of the RMB offshore financial market.This paper analyzes the macro background and system design of Japan's offshore financial market establishment,analyzes the main problems of Japan's offshore financial market existed in the process of development,and put forward the corresponding policy implications for China's construction of RMB offshore financial market.
