摘要:
立足演化经济学的视角,总结出经济理论与经济政策关系的多种组合,批判“精神分裂症”与“选择性使用”两种经济理论与经济政策组合。尤其是发达国家的选择性使用一方面体现在理论上的党同伐异,推广世界主义经济学,然而在经济政策却执行内外有别的措施。并以英美赶超过程中的对外贸易政策经验教训为例,揭示当今发达国家在经济理论与经济政策组合上的“选择性使用”,给出中国在经济理论与政策组合上的建议。
Abstract:
Based on the perspective of evolutionary economics,this paper summarizes the various combinations of economic theory and economic policy,and criticizes the combination of economic theory and economic policy of “schizophrenia” and “selective use”.In particular,the selective use of developed countries is reflected in the theoretical exclusion of dissidents and the promotion of cosmopolitan economics.However,in economic policy,there are other measures inside and outside.By taking the experience and lessons of foreign trade policy in the process of catching up with Britain and the United States as an example,this paper reveals the “selective use” of economic theory and economic policy combination in today’s developed countries,and gives China’s recommendations on economic theory and policy combination.
