摘要:
战略性新兴产业是以重大技术突破和重大发展需求为基础,对经济社会全局和长远发展具有重大引领带动作用。江西省战略性新兴产业自2009年开始发展以来,取得了丰硕成果,对江西经济发展的贡献和推动作用日益增强。文章基于江西省战略性新兴产业的发展现状,借鉴学习国外战略性新兴产业的发展经验。分析了江西省战略性新兴产业在体制机制、技术创新和产业结构等方面存在的瑕疵。提出加强政府扶持力度,优化资源配置; 制定新型创新战略,提升产业创新能力; 优化产业结构,发挥产业导向性等建议以及战略措施。
Abstract:
The strategic emerging industries are based on major technological breakthroughs and major development needs,and have a major leading role in the overall and long-term development of economic and social.Since the beginning of development in 2009,Jiangxi’s strategic emerging industries have achieved fruitful success,its contribution to the economic development of Jiangxi and its driving role are increasing.Based on the developing situation of Jiangxi’s emerging strategic industries,this paper learned from the development experience of foreign strategic emerging industries.Through the comparative analysis,it analyzed the Jiangxi’s strategic emerging industries’ flaws in terms of institutional mechanisms,technological innovation and industrial structures.Then,this paper gave out suggestions and strategic measures:enhance government support and optimize the allocation of resources; develop new innovative strategies and enhance industrial innovation capacity; optimize the industrial structures and give play to industrial orientation.
