摘要:
新时期国际贸易人才的培养面临诸多机遇与挑战,要从具有国际视野、熟悉国际贸易操作流程、掌握国际行业准则和市场趋势等方面构建人才培养模式。具体应从以下几方面入手:以职业能力为核心构建课程体系和教学内容; 围绕职业能力培养进行实践教学; 突出“双语”教学在国际商务沟通能力培养中的作用; 重视电子商务应用能力的培养; 加强创新能力培养; 提升教师的实践教学能力。
Abstract:
The training of international trade talents in the new era is faced with many opportunities and challenges,thus we need to develop our training model from international perspective,make the talents to be more familiar with the operation procedures,and master industry standards and market trends of international trade.To be specific,we should concrete from the following several aspects:build a course system and teaching content with professional operation ability as the core; conduct practical teaching surrounding the professional ability training; highlight the role of “bilingual” teaching in international business communication ability training; attach importance to the training of e-commerce application ability; strengthen the innovation ability training; and improve teachers’ practical teaching ability.
