摘要:: 云南作为沿边开发开放和跨境人民币结算的先行试点省区,其凭借与周边国家的长期经贸往来,已经逐渐形成人民币与周边国家货币兑换的市场,这既有银行间区域市场交易、银行柜台市场、特许兑换机构交易,也有民间兑换商参与的民间市场。文章剖析了云南建设区域性外汇市场的客观基础、机遇及挑战、实施对策等,认为应主动对接和融入国家战略,在跨境金融、沿边金融、地方金融的改革与探索中,不断完善金融基础设施条件,为构建中国东盟区域性外汇市场奠定扎实基础。

Abstract:: As the pilot project province of the opening and developing borders and the cross-border RMB settlement,based on the long-term economic and trade relationship among Yunnan and its neighboring counties,Yunnan has been gradually formed a exchange market for RMB and neighboring countries currency,which not only include inter-bank market,bank counter market and licensed exchange agencies market,but also include the folk market participated by folk money changer.After analyzing the foundation,opportunities and challenges of constructing China-ASEAN foreign exchange market in Yunnan,the paper suggest that Yunnan should integrated into the national strategy on the one hand,and on the other hand,in the reform and exploration of the cross-border finance,frontier finance and local finance,Yunnan should improve the finance fundamental condition,and lay a solid foundations for constructing the China-ASEAN regional foreign exchange market.
