作为基层央行人才库的生力军和重要后备力量,青年人才流失现象日趋严重。文章客观分析了基层央行青年人才流失现状,青年人才流失的显性和隐性成因及负面影响,提出有效招聘发现人才;激励机制留住人才;发展规划培养人才等策略。
Abstract:
As a new force and an important reserve force of the grassroots central banks talent pool,the phenomenon of the youth talent loss has become increasingly serious.This paper objectively analyzes the current situation,the causes of dominant and recessive,and the negative effects of the grassroots central banks'youth talent loss,putting forward strategies such as identifying the talents by effective recruitment,retaining the talents by incentive mechanism,training the Talents by Development plan,etc.
