摘要:
在近20年的发展时间里,中国农业发展银行(以下简称"农发行")较好地完成了中央规定的各项支农政策目标,有效履行了政策性金融职能,自身也由小到大、由弱到强实现了内生性发展。但是,在中国经济增长方式转型和经济结构调整的大背景下,农发行未来的职能定位及发展方向,需要随着金融体制改革的进一步深化,做出有针对性的规划和适应性转变,才能实现可持续发展的目标。以金融可持续发展理论为切入点,提出要突出政策性金融职能;强化市场化运作管理;继续深化各项配套改革。
Abstract:
Agricultural Development Bank of China was founded in Apr.1994,which is the only one agricultural policy bank in China.During the twenty years development,ADBC has completed the various kinds of targets on supporting the development of agriculture which was stetted by the central government.ADBC has succeeded to perform its policy financial function effectively as well,and realized the endogenous development.However,under the background of the transformation of the economic growth pattern and the readjustment of economic structure in China,the function and development orientation should be adapted to the deepenth of the further financial reform.Based on the theory of financial sustainable development,the article make a research on its policy financial function,strength market operating management and deepen different mating reforms.
