摘要:
网络银行作为始于上世纪末的一种新兴金融业态,在我国得到了极其迅猛地发展。但网络银行的"虚拟性"特征却给监管、技术、运营、业务等方面带来了新的挑战。随着大数据、云计算、网络功能的拓展和应用,网络银行业务竞争性创新将更加激烈,且日益趋向便利化、虚拟化。因此,需要建立健全相关法律法规;升级网络安全技术;加快全社会信用体系建设。
Abstract:
As an emerging financiaL fOrmat which began in the Last century,OnLine banking is deveLOping rapid-Ly in China. HOwever,its ”virtuaL sex” feature brings new chaLLenges in the reguLatOry,technicaL,OperatiOnaL,busi-ness. With the deveLOpment and appLicatiOn Of big data,cLOud cOmputing and netwOrk functiOns,the cOmpetitive in-nOvatiOn Of OnLine banking business wiLL becOme mOre intense and tend tO faciLitatiOn and virtuaLizatiOn. TherefOre,it is mOre necessary tO estabLish and imprOve reLevant Laws and reguLatiOns;upgrade netwOrk security technOLOgy;and strengthen the cOnstructiOn Of credit system Of the whOLe sOciety.
