摘要:
作为一项富有成效的制度安排,发展私募股权投资基金有着重要而现实的经济功能,文章在对当前我国私募股权投资基金应用分析的基础上,提出了相应的发展策略。
Abstract:
As an effective system arrangement,the development of private equity investment fund is of important and practical economic function,This paper,based on the analysis of the current development of private-equity-investment-fund application,proposes the corresponding development strategy.
