摘要:
经济环境的变化和学生的个性化需求对金融人才培养提出了新要求,文章提出了金融人才分层培养模式的目标和路径,构建了以学生为中心、学生学习成果为导向的分层培养模式框架,并从教学内容、教学模式、组织形式、学生管理、培养过程和评价体系等方面阐述了实践过程,实现促进学生多元化和个性化发展、提高人才培养质量的目的。
Abstract:
The change of economic environment and the individual development of students put forward a new requirement for cultivating mode of financial talents.The paper proposes the goal and the path of the financial talents’ classified cultivating mode,and constructs the framework of the classified cultivating mode which take student-centered and student learning achievement as orientation,and then explains the practice process from teaching content,teaching mode,organizational form,student management,training process and evaluation system,which is beneficial to improve students’ diversified and personalized development and the quality of talent cultivating.
