摘要:: 近年来,技术创新成为科技型企业发展的核心关键。文章分析了技术创新在科技型中小企业中的重要性,探索性的发现科技型中小企业技术创新存在的障碍因素,提出拓宽融资渠道、建立人才激励机制、完善创新管理体系等解决对策,以改进科技型中小企业技术创新存在的问题。

Abstract:: In recent years,high-tech industry plays an increasing significant role in the development of the national economy in different technological businesses.Technology innovation is the key for high-tech enterprises.This paper explores found existing obstacle factors in the technological innovation of SMEs and proposes the correspond countermeasures to improve the issues of SME technology innovation,such as broadening the financing channels,establishing talent incentive mechanism,and perfecting the innovation management system,etc.
