摘要:
金融机构县域金融服务的竞争力研究常被忽略,文章通过对江西省十个县的工行服务情况进行实地调查发现,工行在县域市场占有率比较高,但客服态度、专业能力、业务流程繁琐、网点不多等是其服务软肋。完善硬件设施、增强员工素质,提高业务能力、加大宣传力度,改变宣传方式是改善工行的品牌形象,提高其县域竞争力的重要途径。
Abstract:
Financial service competitiveness of financial institutions in county-level cities are often overlooked.Through investigating the financial services of ICBC in ten counties of Jiangxi province,we find that market shares of ICBC are relatively high in county-level cities.But its disadvantages are mainly manifested in poor service attitude,weak professional capacity,cumbersome business processes,limited business outlets,etc.There are some important ways to improve the brand image and competitiveness of the ICBC through improving the hardware facilities、enhancing the quality of staff、intensifing propaganda and changing the form of publicity,etc.
