摘要:
在理论上正确把握和理解金融资本概念,清醒地看到金融资本作为一种特殊资本的功能,以及金融资本所代表的独特的社会生产方式,是正确制定经济政策的前提。对金融资本不能过于乐观,需要站在政治经济学的高度慎持经济政策。政府应该通过国有银行对整个社会的货币、信用进行总体控制,向社会生产实体经济提供货币,而不是一味地去增强金融资本的力量。
Abstract:
There are some prerequisites for formulating the right economic policies:we should correctly grasp and understand the financial capital concept in theory,clearly recognize the function of financial capital as a special capital,and its unique mode of social production.For financial capital,it is too early to be overly optimistic,stand in the height of the political economics,we should use economic policy discreetly.The government can undertake overall control of the currency and the credit of the whole society through state-owned banks,provide money to social production entity economy,rather than blindly to enhance the power of financial capital.
