摘要:
当前,县域经济转型升级的突破瓶颈主要在产城融合方面,而产城融合的共生演化路径是非常重要的,关系到县域经济未来可持续发展问题。文章以南昌县为例,提出了南昌县产城融合共生演化的基本要素,主要包括产业发展、城市基础设施建设、土地资源供给、人流聚集、交通网络、资金来源、城中村改造、市场机制。并构建了要素互动网络,而且根据这些因素设计了南昌县各重点区域关键路径,提出了优化策略。
Abstract:
At present,the transformation and upgrading in country economy is seeing very significant bottle-necks,the industrial zone - city fusion is the primary aspect,and the path of symbiotic evolution fusion is also very important which related to the sustainable development of county economy in the future. This paper takes Nanchang County as an example,presents the basic elements in symbiotic evolution of industrial zone - city fusion,including industrial development,city infrastructure construction,land resources supply,crowds,traffic network,sources of fun-ding,urban village inside city rebuild,market mechanism. This paper designs the critical path in key regions accord-ing to these factors,constructs the interactive network for the elements,and puts forward optimization strategy.
