摘要:
目前我国金融学专业本科人才的协同创新培养模式尚处于起步阶段,在本科教育过程中往往忽视了实践素质的培养,校企和校地合作过程中缺乏长效和深度合作机制。文章从现实问题出发,深入剖析了校企合作过程中存在的缺陷和不足,并从校地、校企协同创新战略联盟的角度给出了相应的对策建议。
Abstract:
At present,in undergraduate program,the Collaborative Innovation of financial training mode just is start-up phase.The financial undergraduate program usually neglects the cultivation of practicing.The cooperation between university and enterprises is short of the long and deep mechanism.This article describes the major imperfection of cooperation between university and enterprises,and points out the necessity and advice of strategic alliance of collaborative innovation.
