摘要:

文章运用金融中心理论、市场供需理论和教育理论,分析了我国建设区域金融中心带来的金融人才需求趋势的变化及高职金融专业教育面临的问题,提出在建设金融中心背景下,高职金融专业人才培养应以市场需求为导向,调整人才培养目标;完善教学课程体系,突出实践教学地位;加强校内外实训基地的建设;拓宽专业口径,夯实基础知识与基本技能;改革考试方法,建立创新的评价体系。

Abstract:

Through financial center theory,market supply and demand theory and education theory,the paper analyzes the facing changes of the financial talent demand trend of China's regional financial center and the problems of the vocational financial education,puts forward that in the background of building a financial center,financial talents training in higher vocational education should be oriented to market demand,the personnel training target should be adjusted; teaching curriculum system and practice teaching status should be improved; the construction of internal and external training base should be strengthened; caliber should be widened,consolidation of basic knowledge and basic skills should be tamped; the examination methods should be reformed to establish a new evaluation system.
