摘要:
产学研合作是贯彻落实科教兴国和人才强国战略,促进教育、科技与经济紧密结合的根本途径。面对世界科技发展大势及日趋激烈的国际竞争,吉林省只有加强产学研合作创新,才能充分发挥科学技术对我省经济社会发展的支撑和引领作用,抓住新一轮科技革命和产业革命的机遇,实现产业从价值链低端向高端发展,赢得未来发展的主动权,整体提升我省的竞争力。
Abstract:
The educational mechanism of combining learning with research and production is a strategy that could develop the country through science and education and strengthen the country through talents, and it is a way of promoting education, technology and economic integrate. Facing up the development trend of technology of the world and fierce competition, Jilin province have to strengthen the innovation of the educational mechanism of combining learning with research and production in order to make technology support and lead the economic of our province. We should grasp the opportunity of technology revolution and industry revolution, realize industry value chain from low to high development, then have the initiative of the development of future and promote the competition.
