摘要:
金融业的快速发展需要越来越多的高素质金融人才。高素质金融人才的培养应以市场需求作为培养模式的主要依据,应遵循金融人才培养过程中产、学、研协作原则,形成学校、政府、企业三方联动机制。具体而言,学校应建立产学研合作的内在调整机制;政府应建立完善的产学研合作的政策保障机制;企业应形成良好的产学研合作的自我需求机制。
Abstract:
The rapid development of the financial industry needs more and more high - quality financial person- nel. High -quality financial personnel training should be based on market demand as the main basis for training model and followed the production -learning -research corporation principles during the process of financial talents training to form the tripartite linkage mechanism of schools, government, and enterprise. Specifically, schools should establish internal adjustment mechanism for the cooperation ; the governments should establish the policy of compre- hensive security mechanism ; enterprises should form self - demand mechanisms for the cooperation.
