21世纪以来,随着信息化技术的成熟与发展,各行各业都加快了信息化进程,不断改善自身模式以应对信息智能化的冲击。“大智移云”概念的提出与创新更是给各行业带来了新的机遇与挑战,增加了信息化专业人才需求。而会计作为市场经济发展必备的岗位,其人才培养质量尤为重要。但在信息化需求不断提高的背景下,高校现行的会计专业培养模式已逐渐与企业智能化会计发展相偏离,改革已势在必行。在分析“大智移云”对行业及会计工作影响的基础上,对高校现行会计人才培养存在的问题及成因进行剖析,并从教学体系、实训合作、教育资金、考核制度等多方面入手,提出以“能力本位”为导向的新型人才培养模式,进一步提高高校会计人才培养的水平与质量。
Abstract:
Since the 21st century,with the maturity and development of information technology,all walks of life have accelerated the process of information,and constantly improve their own modes in order to better respond to the impact of information intelligence.The concept of “Great Intelligence Transfers Cloud” has brought new opportunities and challenges to various industries,increasing the demand for information technology professionals.As a necessary position for the development of market economy,the quality of accounting personnel training is particularly important.However,with the increasing demand for information technology,the current training mode of Accounting Specialty in Colleges and universities has gradually deviated from the development of enterprise intelligent accounting,so it is imperative to reform the current training mode.Based on the analysis of the influence of “Great Intelligence Transferring Cloud” on the profession and accounting work,through the analysis of the existing problems and causes of accounting personnel training in Colleges and universities,and further combining with the background of the times,this paper puts forward a new talent training mode oriented by “ability standard” from the aspects of education funds,Teaching system,practical training cooperation and assessment system,aiming at further mentioning the level and quality of accounting personnel training in Colleges and universities.
