摘要:
为探索高校房地产专业综合认知实践育人模式,基于传统认知实践教学中存在的“三轻三重”问题,遵循马克思实践观、系统协同理论及课程思政理念,以校友网站、校友管理系统、校友群和校友会为支撑构建共享平台。在师生、校友良性互动的基础上共建共享“团结、互助、感恩、追梦”的精神,展开思政教育,并通过“六城轮动的城市选择、精心设计的教学内容、四位一体的教学组织、内外资源的整合利用”路径触发协同效应,构建注重协同育人的综合认知实践模式,可为其他院校相关专业认知实践模式构建提供有益启示。
Abstract:
In order to explore the mode of comprehensive cognitive practice education for real estate development and management major in universities,based on the “sanqingsanzhong” problems existing in traditional cognitive practice teaching,followed Marx's concept of practice,system coordination theory and curriculum ideological and political concepts,a sharing platform supported by online and offline resources such as alumni websites and alumni associations has been set up.On the basis of benign interaction between students and alumni,ideological and political education is carried out in the spirit of “unity,mutual assistance,gratitude and pursuit of dreams”.The synergistic effect is triggered through the path of “ the selection of six-city rotation,carefully designing teaching content,four-in-one teaching organization,and the integration and utilization of internal and external resources”,and the synergistic education is constructed.The comprehensive cognitive practice mode has achieved good teaching effects and social benefits.
