摘要:
福建省正在加紧建设两岸区域金融中心,其功能定位及发展规划将给区域金融业态和金融布局带来新的变化。行业对金融人才的需求数量和结构成为影响两岸区域金融中心综合竞争力的因素之一。两岸区域金融中心的发展对人才的需求呈现多元化、多层次的特点,应多渠道多形式集聚金融人才,加强金融业队伍建设。
Abstract:
Fujian province is stepping up the construction of regional financial center across Taiwan Strait.Its function orientation and development plan will bring new changes for the regional finance business and financial layout.Industry’s demand for financial talents quantity and structure becomes one of the factors which affect the comprehensive competitive power of regional financial center across Taiwan Strait.In order to develop the regional financial center across Taiwan Strait,the requirement of financial talent has showed the characteristics of diversity and multi-level.Hence,we should gather financial talents from multiple channels and in various forms,and strengthen the construction of financial team.
